Tai Chi Classes

THERE IS NO TOMORROW...TRAIN HARD TODAY - SIGN UP FOR A FREE CLASS!

I wish I would have started taking Tai Chi sooner than 1988. I cannot tell you enough how good Tai Chi is for you, physically and emotionally.  Just come up and try a class, it will sell itself.

You’ll breathe deeply again, instead of stressed out high chest breathing. You’ll limber up those knee joints, loosen up the lower back muscles. You will learn the slow, graceful moves of Tai Chi and feel as if you’re meditating while moving across the floor, which will make you calmer, which will make you happier, which will spill over into you treating others better. All good stuff.

For the serious practitioner, you will learn the true core of Tai Chi: the Grand Ultimate Fist, as it was taught to me during my three training tours in China, especially at the Wudang Mountain with the Taoist Priests.

Classes currently are Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:00 p.m.
