Tui Na Massage

Now available at the Shao-lin Center.  Master Sifu Frank Versagi has been trained in this ancient Chinese art of massage in China, Canada, and the United States.  Tui na is different than acupressure in the sense that its goal is to align all energy channels, not just unblock them.   Additionally, tui na massage includes deeper massage of pressure points than acupressure and is more suited to the active person, especially the tai chi or kung-fu practitioner.

Tui na massage sessions are $50.00. Call or email for appointment.

PERSONAL TRAINER

The Shao-lin Center now has your own personal trainer available.
Tony Collette earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science, with a minor in business administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and earned his masters of Education in sports Science from Cleveland State University. Tony is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Tony, 740 359 9511 and Adrienne Smith, another certified personal trainer, 440-521-4404, have opened their own gym in Lakewood, Ohio. Click on flyer download for details. They will design and customize a workout that fits YOU, whether it’s for martial arts or any other athletic endeavor.

MASSAGE THERAPISTS

The Shao-lin Center now has a number of certified massotherapists on staff to accommodate your every massage need.

Prices range from $45 to $60 an hour, depending on the experience of the therapist.  Call or email for your appointment today
